Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• Qualified CPA or equivalent designation
• A minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in asset management, private equity or licensed corp, with a strong background in tax compliance
• Hands-on experience with local tax regulations; overseas experience is essential, particularly in the US, China, Australia, the UK, and/or the EU
• Familiarity with BEPS 2.0 and transfer pricing is preferred, though not mandatory
• Previous experience in Big Four accounting firms and buy-side fund houses is highly desirable
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines and conduct ad-hoc research
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English; articulate and intelligent communication skills are crucial to face investors and other business partners
• Ability to engage with tax advisory services while conducting initial groundwork independently (e.g. tax returns and IR reports)
• Open-minded and adaptable, capable of handling a variety of tasks across tax, finance, and administrative support
