Job Description
We are seeking a Complex Commercial Auto Litigation Specialist (Claims Counsel) with 7+ years of experience handling complex claims to join our remote team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Commercial Auto and Litigation claims handling experience
- Juris Doctorate is required
- Proven ability to evaluate liability, comparative negligence, causation, and damages in complex claim scenarios
- Experience handling litigated claims and working directly with defense counsel through resolution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
