Job Description
Our client, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Field Primary Casualty Production Underwriter to join their Idaho team, with a focus on developing strategic relationships with local wholesale brokers / agents and expanding market presence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Casualty Underwriting, Business Development, or Sales
- Deep understanding of insurance products, commercial lines markets, and industry trends
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with large national brokers and key stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
