Solicitor/Senior Associate – Banking & Finance - Securitisation/Debt Capital Markets

We are recruiting a Solicitor or Senior Associate to join our Melbourne Banking & Finance team, working on securitisation, debt capital markets, derivatives & structured products and hybrids. The ideal candidate will have experience in general banking & finance, with a strong interest in one or more of securitisation, debt capital markets, derivatives & structured products or hybrids.

Requirements

• General banking & finance experience
• Experience in securitisation, debt capital markets, derivatives & structured products or hybrids
• Excellent analytical, communication and technical legal skills
• Strong commitment to client service and client relationships
• Commercial curiosity and drive to keep up to date with sector issues and developments
• Ability to develop strong relationships with team members
• Enthusiasm to keep abreast of practice group issues and contribute to the development of the group
• First rate experience of drafting documents
