Requirements

• Design, build, and evolve highly resilient, low-latency, and scalable frontend applications
• Influence architectural decisions and establish frontend engineering standards
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and senior technical stakeholders
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and feedback
• Address complex technical challenges related to scalability, performance, and user experience
