Job Description
We are looking for an IT Service Desk Engineer in Kleve. The job involves processing support tickets, repairing disturbances, and developing the IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a completed vocational training as a computer scientist and good knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365.
Requirements
- Vocational training as a computer scientist (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the administration of support tickets in a service desk environment
- Good knowledge in areas such as Active Directory and all related services (DNS, DHCP, etc.) as well as Office 365
- Good team skills, independent working style, and communication skills
