Job Description
The Assistant Chief Engineer is responsible for managing activities within the engineering department, ensuring standards and objectives are implemented and maintained. Responsibilities include applicant screening, staff training, and quality performance in staff assignments. The role requires strong computer skills and knowledge of hotel maintenance, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

- Ability to handle multiple functions
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Excellent communication and human relations skills
- Must have strong computer skills
- Knowledge of hotel maintenance including, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, etc.
- Minimum of 2 years of maintenance or similar management experience
