AV Service Engineer / AV Subject Matter Expert (Pune)

Yorktel-Kinly is hiring an AV Service Engineer / AV Subject Matter Expert to join their team in Pune. The role involves providing exceptional technical support for AV systems, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Crestron, Q-SYS, Appspace, Vbrick, Cisco, and MTR systems.

Requirements

• Solid corporate experience in providing AV technical support
• Advanced knowledge of Crestron, Q-SYS, Appspace, Vbrick, Cisco, and MTR systems
• Experience with Crestron Toolbox & Q-SYS Designer
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex hardware, software, and network issues across AV platforms
• Ability to clearly explain technical details to team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Certifications: CTS, Crestron, QSC, or Microsoft certifications are preferred
