Yorktel-Kinly is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Webcast/Podcast Producer to work in a dynamic team, supporting high profile Events, Podcasts and Vodcasts. The role demands an adaptable mindset, a strong technical skill set, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Plan, produce, and edit webcasts and podcasts, ensuring high-quality audio and video standards
• Manage pre-production, live broadcasts, and post-production processes
• Operate and troubleshoot audio-visual and streaming equipment
• Work closely with subject matter experts, executives, and marketing teams to produce compelling, audience-focused content
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Maintain documentation, including production schedules, equipment inventories, and troubleshooting guides
