Job Description
We are looking for an Export Air Freight Clerk to strengthen our team at our Stuttgart location. The ideal candidate will have commercial education, 2 years of operational experience in team export for air freight, and good knowledge of German and English.
Requirements
- Cooperation with regional and cross-regional air freight teams
- Acceptance of export orders connected with a customs technical processing
- Creation of export documents
- Billing to customers and agents in Germany and abroad
- Settlement of letter of credit transactions
- Telephone customer care and billing arrangements with customers
- Communication with our worldwide offices
- Handling of customer complaints and damage cases
- Accounts receivable control
