Requirements
- Acceptance of export orders accompanied by a customs clearance
- Creation of export documents
- Settlement with customers and agents in Germany and abroad
- Clearing of letters of credit
- Telephone customer service and agreed payment arrangements with customers
- Communication with our global houses
- Handling of customer complaints and damage cases
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Training in the commercial field with a focus on logistics/forwarding
- First operational experience in an export team for air freight
- Accurate preparation of documents
- Service-oriented thinking and acting with self-motivation and perseverance
- Good organisational skills and coordination readiness in the team
- Good language skills in German and English
