We are hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to join our clinic in Mill Creek, WA. As the initial Kinwell representative, this individual will assist with prepping charts for daily appointments, manage the patient’s appointment scheduler, maintain the cleanliness and supplies in the patient reception and waiting area, communicate arrival times to teammates and assist with check-out and follow up duties for patients. This position will also provide phone support for Kinwell's Call Center as needed, submit Health Information Management (HIM) requests and manage faxed documents sent to Kinwell.
