Job Description
KIPP Capital Region is seeking an Instructional Coach (Math) to support teachers and leadership team in developing instructional strategies and curriculum. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching, curriculum design, and coaching, with a passion for creating a standards-based, data-driven culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- 5 years of previous teaching experience preferred
- Proficiency in managing a team, coaching teachers, and designing curriculum
- Prior experience working in schools and urban communities is preferred
