Assistant Principal of Instruction (26/27 School Year)

The Assistant Principal of Instruction is responsible for managing, developing, and coaching teachers to drive exceptional student experience and academic outcomes. The role involves leading and building capacity of teachers, implementing and continuously developing exceptional instruction, and creating a culture of consistent and high expectations.

Requirements

• Believe deeply in the mission, values, and Race, Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (RIDE) commitments of KIPP Colorado Schools
• Assume personal responsibility for student achievement
• Manage a cohort of teachers to achieve KIPP Colorado's strategic plan scorecard and campus-based goals
• Provide continuous coaching and evaluation for all teachers on their caseload
• Support the development of teachers and realization of student achievement goals
