The Managing Director of Manager Learning & Development leads the design and implementation of a comprehensive strategy to strengthen leadership and people management across the organization.

- Share candid, solutions-oriented feedback with peers and leadership on a regular basis
- Assist with both student and staff recruitment and engagement
- Travel to other KIPP campuses, the Home Office, or other KIPP or PD events as required
