The Licensed Professional Counselor will deliver effective, high-quality interventions that are data driven and advocate for policies, programs, and services that respect diversity, address individual needs, and support the inherent dignity and worth of all students, families, and school personnel.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in social work or professional counseling
- Licensed Graduate (Required) or Independent (Preferred) Social Worker or Professional Counselor by the DC Department of Health (DOH)
- Commitment to working with students with limited access to quality educational opportunities
- Experience working in an urban public school (Preferred)
- Pass all background check requirements under the School Safety Omnibus Amendment Act of 2018
