Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time Art teaching experience in an urban setting
• Bachelor's degree
• Pennsylvania State certification Level I or II (or enrollment in a PA-approved certification program within one year of hire)
• Ability to drive student growth and achievement, create a warm and inclusive learning environment, and motivate and inspire students
• Strong classroom management skills
