2026 Principal (pool)

KIPP Public Schools is seeking a Principal for the 2026-2027 school year. The Principal will be the instructional leader of their building, driving high-quality academic and school environment outcomes for students and staff. They will spend about 70-75% of their time on instructional leadership, leading and developing their administration team and teachers to improve outcomes for student achievement. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to racial and educational equity, and will embody KIPP's core values of high expectations, growth mindset, commitment to team, trust, joy, and sustainability.
