Assistant Principal of Operations (26-27)

KIPP Texas Public Schools is a free, public charter school network with over 45 Pre-K - 12 schools across Texas. The Assistant Principal of Operations will lead implementation and maintenance of clear operational systems while building a data-driven, service-oriented culture. The role is responsible for creating the conditions by which our schools can thrive by driving attendance, enrollment, and school wide systems, leading safety and crisis management, and providing exemplary customer service for students, families, and staff members.

Requirements

• Recruits, Hires, Onboards, Develops and leads a high-performing team
• Creates and Drives school-based strategies to ensure kids are in seats every day and year over year
• Design and continually evolve school-based operations policies and procedures
• Informs and manages the school budget in partnership with the School Leader
• Partners with School Support Partners to ensure campus is safe and well maintained
