Job Description
Kirby Medical Center is seeking a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in their office/clinic. Responsibilities include ensuring patient care meets the psychosocial, physical and general needs of patients, and providing clear communication to physicians and team members. Compliance with regulations, policies, and standards is paramount.
Requirements
- IL LPN/RN Licensure Required.
- CPR Certification.
- Previous EMR experience required.
- Two to three years of family practice or convenient care experience preferred.
- 2 to three years of experience as a family practice or convenient care provider preferred.
