Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Kirby Risk Electrical Supply in Lafayette, IN. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the go-to contact for customer needs, providing top-tier support and ensuring every interaction reflects the Kirby Risk standard of service.
Requirements
- College coursework and/or 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Quick learner who’s eager to grow and apply new knowledge
- Experience in business-to-business sales or electrical distribution preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license required
- Comfort with multi-line phone systems and warehouse operations
- Experience with inventory management and loading/unloading shipments
- Forklift experience a plus
