Job Description
Recent college graduates can apply for the Distribution Trainee program, a 1-year development program that includes exposure to branch management, sales support, and vendor interactions. The program will provide extensive industry-based product training and coaching, and successful candidates will be rewarded for their hard work in developing qualities such as commitment and resourcefulness.
Requirements
- Resides in assigned base location during the program
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales/Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Economics/Finance, or other relevant business degree’s
- Military experience considered in lieu of degree
- 5+ Years of proven sales or customer service experience in lieu of degree
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Travel will be required to assigned locations during and following the program
- Successful completion of a Capstone project to be defined upon start
- Willingness to relocate to the assigned Kirby Risk Market location after successful completion of the program
