Job Description
We are a high-quality bathroom remodeling company looking for a skilled Lead Installer to oversee and perform all aspects of bathroom remodels from demolition to final finishes, with a focus on tile installation, plumbing, and electrical work.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bathroom remodeling with proven skills in tile installation, plumbing, and electrical work
- Proficiency with job management software, mobile apps, and digital documentation
- Understanding of building codes, ADA requirements, and best practices for waterproofing and ventilation
- Experience leading teams and coordinating with multiple trades
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and be on your feet for extended periods
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background check
