Accounts Payable Analyst, KitchenPark - Amman

KitchenPark is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Payable Analyst to join their growing finance department. In this role, you will manage and analyze accounts payable activities, ensure compliance with company policies, and support continuous process improvements across the AP function.

Requirements

• Analyze and process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
• Reconcile the ledger vs AP Listing and maintain AP aging
• Provide full audit support for trade payables accounting ledgers
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address invoice inquiries and disputes
• Monitor compliance with company policies and internal controls
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
• Generate and maintain detailed reports and documentation on AP metrics and trends
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing solutions
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and support audits as needed
