Manager, Evidence Generation Finance & Portfolio Analytics

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and seven years of experience or a master's degree and five years of experience in business or accounting, with expertise in Hyperion Applications and Oracle ERP. A strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work in a deadline-driven and multi-task environment are also required.

Requirements

• Process all purchase orders for team
• Serve as financial systems administrator
• Provide customer support for the users of financial systems
• Partner with study leads to manage monthly accruals and invoicing
• Work with leadership team to forecast and track T&E, congress attendance
• Coordinate and tracks issues and works with business to troubleshoot
• Assist in solution design of financial systems
• Provides ongoing analytical support to management
• Conducts monthly reporting and variance analysis
• Owns the execution and distribution of monthly management reports and ad hoc reports
• Design data visualizations and reporting
• Assess and implement new data analytics, AI and business intelligence tools
