IT Applications Developer

Kite Realty Group Trust is a real estate investment trust (REIT) headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, looking for an IT Applications Developer to design and implement scalable technical solutions for business objectives, including designing and building AI-driven solutions that integrate Salesforce data and supporting automations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 8+ years of development experience in Salesforce, Service Cloud, and related technologies
• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce Agentforce agents and automations
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Flow, decision logic, and event-driven automation patterns
• Strong technical communication skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
