Client Advisor

The Client Advisor is a key role in providing best-in-class customer service, fostering relationships with clients, and supporting company initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a retail sales position
• 3+ years in customer service roles (preferred)
• 1+ year in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods (preferred)
• Availability to work evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays, and special projects
• Efficient time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to lift and move 25lbs
