The Kith Customer Experience Associate operates as the customer’s concierge throughout their in-store experience, providing best-in-class service and supporting the operations & visuals teams.

Requirements

• 1+ year(s) experience in a retail sales position
• 1+ year(s) in customer service roles, preferred but not required
• 1+ year(s) in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods, preferred but not required
• Efficient time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once
• Standing and walking for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to lift and move 25lbs
• Ability to perform standard tasks that are related to retail operations
