Security Guard

The Kith Security Guard is a professional who ensures the safety of store staff and customers through diligent monitoring of the sales floor and entrance(s). They contribute to the seamless operations of the store by managing lines that form outside and helping in the execution of product releases.

Requirements

• Monitor entrance(s) of the store
• Check employee coats and bags upon entry & exit
• Handle undesired conduct, violations of building policy and civil laws
• Observe the sales floor for potential theft and fraud
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Manage any lines/crowds that form outside of the store
• Provide support to both guests and team members in any safety, crowd management or crisis response situations
