Product Designer

Kitman Labs is hiring a Product Designer to shape the next phase of their platform. The role involves working across discovery, interaction design, prototyping, and delivery in an AI native product environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years in a software product design role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working closely with development teams to build web products.
• Strong experience using generative AI design tools as part of day to day design work.
• Practical experience creating lightweight code based or “vibe coded” prototypes to explore and communicate product ideas.
