The Account Manager is responsible for driving customer retention and revenue growth across a portfolio of retail accounts. They build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers, distributors, and stakeholders, and lead a team of Sales Coordinators. The role involves managing core growth and expansion across retail partners, trade spend and promotional management, new item and innovation launches, merchandising and display planning, team management, and cross-functional collaboration.
