Sales Coordinator

KITSCH is looking for a sales coordinator to support the account management team in day-to-day operations of grocery and specialty accounts, driving client satisfaction, sales growth, and operational efficiency across the beauty category.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of experience in sales coordination, account management, or a related role - beauty or consumer goods industry preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• English proficiency required - C1 level or above
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - comfortable pulling, organizing, and analyzing sales data (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
• Experience with NetSuite required - order management, reporting, and invoicing
• Experience with retailer vendor portals a plus
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player
