Senior Maintenance Engineer

Kitt designs and operates workspace for the world's most vibrant brands. Seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to lead a team in delivering high-quality maintenance services across multiple sites.

Requirements

• Assist the Maintenance Manager to supervise and support a team of mobile maintenance engineers
• Remain hands-on, assisting with complex repairs and technical challenges
• Manage and optimise daily schedules using CMMS and scheduling software
• Ensure all work meets high-quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Act as the escalation point for technical issues and client concerns
• Monitor team KPIs and drive performance improvements
• Conduct regular audits of work quality, reporting, and vehicle standards
• Proactively and quickly adjust workloads and routes to respond to emergencies
• Maintain accurate job records, reports, and system updates
