Job Description
Kitware is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Software and Data Solutions team. The position offers an opportunity to help Kitware's customers build meaningful software. The Software Engineer will work alongside talented software developers, algorithm experts, external collaborators, and customers to develop and support a broad range of build tools and infrastructure for large-scale C++/Python product life cycles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the Linux command line interface (CLI) environment
- Experience supporting CMake-based Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) systems
- Proficiency in developing Python and C++ code and applications
- Ability to thrive in an agile work environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to develop software for Unix, Linux, MacOS, and/or Windows operating systems
- Strong communication skills
