Job Description
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role on the Systems Administration team, working closely with teammates in maintaining critical infrastructure used by Kitware's research and development engineers and support staff across a diverse range of projects.
Requirements
- Provide support for end-user hardware and software
- Install, configure, and update software
- Manage user accounts
- Support regulated and customer-sponsored computing environments
- Handle support requests submitted via the helpdesk system
- Maintain hardware inventory
- Act as liaison to outside vendors
- Advise on future hardware and software needs
