The ideal candidate has completed a commercial apprenticeship or holds a degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with experience in HR, administrative, or operations roles.

Requirements

• Completed a commercial apprenticeship or degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
• First experience in an HR, administrative, or operations role
• Comfortable working with digital tools and systems, and ability to learn new software quickly
• Good communication skills in German and English (written and verbal)
• Discreet and able to handle sensitive employee information with care
