KLA is a global leader in diversified electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem. As an AI Systems and Operations Specialist, you will drive AI across HR Systems, Operations, and key HR business processes, advancing systems and tools for improved operational efficiency through AI.

Requirements

• AI Strategy & Enablement: Identify and define high-impact AI use cases across HR functions, translating business needs into viable AI solutions
• AI Delivery & Operations: Prototype, test, and deploy AI solutions within Workday and adjacent HR systems
• Governance & Risk: Ensure AI solutions align with enterprise AI governance, ethics, security, and compliance standards
• Change & Process Redesign: Partner with HR Operations to redesign workflows and enable AI adoption
• Program Management: Lead and coordinate AI initiatives across HR Systems, Operations, and Analytics portfolios
