The Film and Scatterometry Technology (FaST) Division provides industry leading metrology solutions for worldwide semiconductor IC manufacturers. As an Applications Development Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the development of metrology products.

Requirements

• Knowledge of semiconductor process or any relevant course work or previous internships in the semiconductor industry
• Pursuing a degree in Physics, Mathematics, Material Science or Engineering
