Head of Business Operations

We are looking for a Head of Business Operations to join our team at Klaviyo. This is a key leadership role that will own the system that makes Klaviyo execute, and will be responsible for strategy, change management skills, and operating rigor. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in business operations, strategic operations, or Chief of Staff roles at high-growth technology companies, and will be able to build and run a company-wide operating system, including OKRs, planning, and performance management.

Requirements

• 12+ years in business operations, strategic operations, or Chief of Staff roles at high-growth technology companies
• Proven track record of building and running a company-wide operating system
• Experience leading through major organizational inflection points
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with and influence CEOs and senior leadership teams
• Financial fluency and ability to work alongside a CFO and finance org
