Job Description
Klaviyo is seeking a Lead GTM Data Operations Analyst to operate, tune, and extend their agentic data quality pipeline, manage quality and throughput, and diagnose and resolve failures. The role involves working with AI systems, GTM data, and offshore teams to improve data quality and coverage.
Requirements
- 3-6 years in Data Ops, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops with hands-on data quality ownership
- Proficiency with Snowflake (SQL) and SFDC (object model, field configuration, data flows)
- Working experience with Claude Code or comparable LLM-based tooling
- Experience designing and running AI-assisted enrichment workflows
- Comfort operating in a command-line environment
- Process design mindset with a bias toward measurable outcomes
