Job Description
Klaviyo is seeking a Manager of Advanced Analytics & Automation to lead strategic analytics programs and AI first automations for our Customer Success Strategy and Analytics team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, technical analytics or data analytics (SaaS strongly preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and GitHub
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and/or R
- Tableau Developer–level fluency
- Confident using AI tooling and workflow automation platforms
- Demonstrated ability to build and operationalize analytics and AI workflows
- Experience operating as a technical program manager for analytics or data initiatives
- Strong communication skills and comfort partnering with senior, non-technical stakeholders
