We are looking for a people-first, operationally strong Compliance Manager to lead frontline execution and enablement for Klaviyo’s global messaging compliance program.
Requirements
- Experienced people manager (4+ years)
- Strong operational thinker with experience improving workflows, systems, and performance through process and data design
- Comfortable guiding teams through ambiguous, high-stakes enforcement decisions within defined frameworks
- Excellent communicator, able to explain compliance expectations and guidance to team members and peers
- Technically curious, familiar with AI/BPO workflows, reporting systems, and messaging platforms
