Job Description
Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Director of G&A Systems to lead technology vision and strategy for Finance, People, and Legal organizations. This role focuses on scaling core systems like Netsuite, Coupa, and Workday HCM, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and security. The ideal candidate will be a strategic technology leader capable of building a world-class infrastructure.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise systems or corporate IT
- Systems thinker with a business-to-business understanding
- Trusted advisor and empathetic partner to business leaders
- Proven experience managing larger systems implementations
- Expertise in technology strategy for Finance and HR
- Deep knowledge of SOX IT General Controls
