Job Description
Klaviyo is looking for a Senior Manager, Social Media to own its organic social strategy across all channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, Reddit, and more. The role involves developing and maintaining platform-specific strategies, building and scaling employee advocacy, and integrating product innovation into compelling social narratives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in social media strategy, organic content, and channel ownership
- Deep fluency across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Reddit
- Experience leveraging emerging and non-traditional channels like Reddit and online communities
- Strong copywriting instincts with the ability to develop a distinctive voice and adapt tone by platform
- AI-native mindset with the ability to use AI tools for research, ideation, content creation, and performance analysis
