• Strong systems thinking and ability to design across complex, end-to-end experiences
• High-quality UX and interaction design craft, with the ability to simplify complexity
• Experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• AI-first design practice, with comfort using AI to explore ideas, generate code, and accelerate prototyping
• Builder mindset, with ability to move quickly from concept to prototype to iteration
• Collaborative approach, with ability to work closely with product and engineering from problem definition through launch
