Requirements

• Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end AI systems, including data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, training, and deployment.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to our AI development team, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers.
• Lead by example and promote best practices in AI development, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability of AI systems.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within the AI team.
• Oversee the development and evaluation of machine learning models to ensure they meet the highest standards of accuracy and performance.
• Implement robust testing and validation procedures to identify and address potential issues early in the development process.
• Collaborate with our DevOps and IT teams to design and maintain scalable AI infrastructure for efficient model training, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure smooth integration of AI models into production systems and monitor their performance in real-world scenarios.
• Champion data governance and privacy best practices to ensure ethical and responsible AI development.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate potential legal and ethical implications related to AI projects.
