Job Description
Join the Kleen Test Products Team as a Quality Control Line Technician. This is a full-time position with on-site location in Strasburg, Ohio. Perform quality inspections, document findings, communicate quality issues, and maintain production processes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Previous QC or manufacturing experience – at least 3 to 6 months in a similar role preferred
- Adaptability: Able to move between departments and interact with machine operators to identify and correct quality issues
- Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills and the ability to spot inconsistencies or defects
- Communication Skills: Capable of clearly documenting inspection results and effectively communicating problems and solutions to team members
- Multitasking Ability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
- Basic Computer Literacy: Ability to learn and use spreadsheet and word processing software
- Math Proficiency: Able to perform basic calculations using the metric system
- Discretion and Integrity: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
