Job Description
Join the Kleen Test Products Team as a Winder Operator! We are hiring for immediate openings on our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. As a Winder Operator, you will read and interpret production orders, operate winding equipment, and perform quality checks.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of how to safely and efficiently run machinery
- Ability to read and follow safety rules, procedures, and technical instructions
- Basic math skills, including converting units (e.g., grams to pounds)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Able to complete reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions in various formats
- Team player who can also work independently
