Job Description
Kleva is an AI-powered platform that automates debt management, and we're looking for a Cloud DevOps Engineer to build and scale our cloud infrastructure from the inside out. As the owner of the infrastructure, you will design, implement, and maintain the cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, and ensure the platform operates without interruptions at scale.
Requirements
- Design, implement, and maintain the cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) of Kleva
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous and secure deployment
- Manage container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker) and ensure high availability
- Implement end-to-end observability: logging, metrics, alerts, and dashboards
- Ensure the voice pipeline infrastructure: low latency, high concurrency, zero downtime
- Manage multi-tenant architecture and ensure client isolation
- Automate operational tasks and reduce manual work to a minimum
- Optimize infrastructure costs without sacrificing performance
- Implement security and compliance practices at all levels of the stack
