Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Partnerships Supervisor to support the acquisition and management of merchant partnerships across key large-ticket sectors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, merchant acquisition, account management, or business development
- Experience in fintech, banking, consumer finance, or payments is preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve performance
